A-1 Auto Transportation
A-1 Auto Transportation reached out to me asking if I could run a Bing Ads campaign for them. Instead of jumping straight into that, I asked about their current Google Ads performance.
They told me their account had already hit its peak and there wasn’t any room left to improve. I wasn’t convinced. I asked if I could take a look under the hood.
Once I reviewed the account, it was clear the campaign wasn’t being actively maintained. The targeting, ad structure, and bid strategy all had major gaps—and there was a huge opportunity to scale results.
In just one day, I took the campaign from averaging 23 leads a day to over 150. The first few days came with a slightly higher cost per lead, but after a few targeted adjustments, the campaign was delivering dramatically more conversions while staying well within their cost goals.
